SWINDON coach John Brown has dismissed talk of revenge ahead of his side's potential title-decider at home to Chipping Norton at Greenbridge Road tomorrow.

Victory for the hosts would take them four points clear of the Oxfordshire outfit at the top of the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Premier Division with just six league games remaining.

And Brown (pictured) insists it is that which interests his troops, rather than avenging a 19-15 defeat at their rivals back in October.

"As far as we're concerned, we know what we have got to do,'' said Brown. "If the team play to their potential, I believe they will win the game.

"But if they allow Chipping Norton to dominate and dictate the style and pace, then they could be in trouble

"At their place, we didn't perform at all. There was no particular reason, but we suffered for it.''

Brown though, recognises the importance of the clash, adding: "If we win, we are four points clear. If they win, they will have pulled us back.

"But there is a massive points difference in our favour, which is mainly down to a lot of good defensive work this season.''

Hooker Scott Chapman has recovered from injury to retain his place in the front row, but prop Nick Brooks drops to the bench, replacing lock Steve Davis.

Wing Nathan Warren regains his starting place at the expense of the injured Robin Haxton.
