HIGHWORTH look to have won the tug-of-war over Phil Corcoran.
The striker has signed Hellenic League forms for John Fisher's side and seems set to complete a permanent switch from Southern League Cirencester.
Supermarine and Witney were also chasing the 24-year-old former Fairford marksman but Highworth was his preferred destination and he should go straight into a full-strength squad that travels to Wantage in the Premier Division tomorrow.
Corcoran is eligible to play for both Highworth and Southern League Ciren and must now decide which club to turn out for on a regular basis after talking to Centurions boss Brian Hughes before the weekend.
The reduction in travelling for the Swindon-based frontman looks likely to swing it in Highworth's favour.
A delighted Fisher said: "This could be the icing on the cake for us and will send a shiver through the rest of the league. I've tried for over a year to sign him.
"Out of the top 10 strikers in this league I've now got three of them in Corky, Justin Miller and Matty Saye.
"Corky scored lots of goals at Fairford but he will get a lot more chances playing for us.
"He's such a good goalscorer that he could still win the golden boot."
Wootton Bassett chief Chris Jones will take great delight in naming an unchanged team for the visit of Pegasus.
Back-to-back victories against Milton and Fairford has prompted a resurgence of confidence at Rylands Way and Jones will keep faith in his troops.
Fairford travel to Ardley without holidaying forward Lee Stoddart, but Dave Toomey is back to fill the void and Gary Hill is available again too.
Shrivenham host bogey side Headington in Division One West, a game manager Alan Dyton is approaching with due caution.
He said: "This fixture does bother me as we have lost the last two against them and do not seem to be able to come to terms with their style of play.
"Our own form is good and we are a stronger side than when we met earlier in the season.
"Winning this type of contest is what makes the difference between the sides challenging for honours and being sat in mid-table so our attitude has to be good or we know what to expect."
Nathan White is on holiday, while Steve Winchcombe is sidelined with an ankle injury and Steve Thomas is doubtful, though Liam Thompson returns after a weekend away.
Cirencester United welcome back several players that missed the 3-1 Supplementary Cup win over Ross.
Graham and Stuart Robinson return along with Chris Antone and Aiden Winney. Recent signing Scott Burry should also be available but Clive Messenger is suspended and Ben Potter has a calf strain.
Chris Pethick hands a debut to new Purton keeper Stuart Thompson, with Paul Blanchard, Lee Northcott and James Richards also back in contention for the trek to Easington.
It's Simon Pugh's swansong though, before uprooting to America.
Elsewhere in the West section, Malmesbury host Cheltenham Saracens.
