TWO men have been arrested in connection with a road rage incident in Swindon.
The arrests, in Hampshire, follow an attack on a chauffeur's £25,000 Peugeot 607.
It is alleged a baseball bat was used to smash up the bumper and bonnet of Murray Corfield's car, causing hundreds of pounds damage.
PC Stephen Yeates, of Swindon police, said a car thought to be linked to the incident was traced to Hampshire from its registration plate.
He passed the information to colleagues in Hampshire where officers made two arrests three days after the attack.
Two men have been interviewed about the incident, which happened on the morning of Saturday, January 29, at the Merlin roundabout on the A419.
They have been released on bail.
