THE world's first mobile robot combat zone is coming to Swindon next week.
Shoppers in the Brunel Centre will be able to experience the thrills of TV's Robot Wars first hand in the Robogeddon combat zone.
From February 17 to 19 adults and children can take control of the 70kg Cyber-Raptor robots, each equipped with flipping and self-righting mechanisms, and battle against each other in the 36sqm zone.
The more points contestants score against opponent's robots, by ramming or flipping them, the more time they get to play.
The Cyber Raptors are virtually indestructible and easy to control so children as young as five can compete.
And at noon on February 19, Team Razer Robot Wars' champions will be putting their prize-winning Razer robot through its paces.
They will also be demonstrating how easy it can be for anyone to make a robot.
