I AM researching a book into animal graves and memorials and Swindon Library kindly supplied details about Bruce the Hospital dog who collected for the local hospital and whose artefacts are said to be in the museum.
They also said that he was buried in a garden in Nelson Street but a recent visit by a colleague failed to find him.
Does anyone happen to know about his grave and any details of a headstone and inscription?
I would also be pleased to hear of any other unusual graves in the locality.
