FIVE SWINDON teenagers are among the seven Ciren-cester College students who are being offered places at Oxford and Cambridge universities this year.
The 18-year-olds include former Greendown School pupils Robyn Boosey, who has an offer from Oxford to study modern languages at Worcester College and Anna Hirsch-Holland, who has been offered a place at Oxford to study politics, philosophy and economics at Oriel College.
Faye Duncan, who used to go to Kingsdown School, has been offered a place from Oxford to study law with law studies in Europe at Wadham College, while Ben Jones, ex-Bradon Forest School, has been offered a place from Oxford to study physics.
Also from the Swindon area is Lee Ryan, a former pupil of Warneford School.
He has a confirmed place at Cambridge University to study geography at Downing College. He is currently on a gap yearin Chile before starting in the autumn.
The other two students are from the Cirencester area, Luke Halsey, who has been offered a place from Oxford to study Maths at Worcester College, and Henrietta Isaac, who has been offered a place from Cambridge to study Oriental Studies.
