I HAVE read with interest the letter by Michael Warr.
Yet another way to increase council taxes. Doesn't the powers to be realise that house prices fluctuate according to the market?
The lower cost houses rise, as well as the middle price houses, and the higher cost houses go through the roof. Therefore there is no need to revalue properties to raise taxes higher.
