Swindon property consultants Dreweatt Neate will help two children's charities this year.
Starlight Children's Foundation is the prime beneficiary with the NSPCC also to receive support.
Starlight was set up 18 years ago to brighten the lives of kids by providing hospital entertainment to help take their minds off pain and fear of illness.
David Stubbs, partner in Dreweatt Neate's commercial department, said: "Each year we nominate different organisations."
In the last two years the firm raised £30,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association and Macmillan Nurses.
The company's 16 offices in central and southern England took part in events from football to softball tournaments.
This year a family fun day and regular dress down days are planned.
