The 350-year-old Cricklade parish hall a legacy from then local MP Robert Jenner is in need of repair.
The town had a fun run in October. A £2,000 cheque will be presented this week. Kate Crow of the hall's management committee said: "Some of the money will pay for repairs to the chimney. This was originally used as a boys school and then a workhouse."
