COUNCILLORS in Wootton Bassett are to learn more about arrangements for possible emergency incidents in the town.
At least three councillors are to attend emergency planning exercises organised by Wiltshire County Council in October.
The exercises, to be held on either October 4 or October 18, are seen by the town council as an opportunity to gain an understanding of issues that could arise in the event of an emergency in the town.
Councillors attending the session will have the option of becoming a Community Emergency Volunteer.
