THE Swindon Music Centre is holding a range of events in February and March.
On Sunday, February 27 there will be a Swindon Young Musicians' Jazz Orchestra charity dance and auction.
It will take place at the Blunsdon House Hotel from 7.30pm to 10.30pm and will feature music and entertainment by the orchestra.
There will also special guests performing, including the singers Ken Jell and Sarah Christmas. Tickets cost £9.
On March 13 Greendown Community School, Swindon, is hosting its first band festival where local youth bands can listen and perform to each other.

There will be Rock School concerts on March 22 and 23 at the Queen's Tap pub from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
All 16 of the Swindon Music Centre's rock groups will be taking part on both nights.
There will also be performances by the Drum Club and the Guitar Club.
Rock School concerts are open to friends and relatives of Rock School members. Admission is £2 for adults and £1 concessions.
