A GROUP will travel to London next month to lobby ministers over care charges for people with dementia.
Around 10 members from Swindon's newly-formed Alzheimer's Society will make the trip.
Hundreds of people from across the UK are expected to meet outside parliament on March 16. Pam Collier, who helped set up the Swindon branch, said: "We intend to join the protest against care charges."
They are protesting over the Government's use of means testing when deciding how much care people with dementia get.
