I have great sympathy for Mrs Loucas's father who spent time in a trolley space at Great Western Hospital, but I am not surprised.
On a number of occasions I have spent time on many of the wards and been stuck on a trolley without being able to communicate with the staff or having any privacy.
We get the same old flannel about unexpected viruses etc. Didn't they use that same reasoning for not having enough beds at the old PMH?
And didn't they tell us mere mortals this would never be a problem at the new hospital?
Or am I only dreaming on a hospital trolley?
