PUBS in the Devizes and Corsham areas are to are to feature on Channel 4 property programme Relocation, Relocation.
Co-presenter Kirstie Allsopp was filming at The Bell Inn, Great Cheverell on Friday with two potential purchasers, a mother and daughter from Windsor.
Landlady Judy Smith has decided to sell up after three years for a new challenge.
She said: "I watch Location, Location, Location and Relocation, Relocation all the time so it was a bit surreal to meet Kirstie and have them filming here.
"I was not allowed to be there while they did the filming and they didn't give much away except to say that the potential purchasers liked the pub and the living accommodation. Kirstie also said she liked the pub."
The programme is due to be broadcast in the autumn.
The pub officially goes on the market in March. Channel 4 heard that it was up for sale from an agent who Mrs Smith contacted.
Mrs Smith has run the pub for the last three years. She and her husband Dean, from whom she is now separated, relocated from London.
This is the first pub she has run. She was previously a project manager for the mobile phone company O2.
Mrs Smith said: "I will be sad to leave The Bell. Great Cheverell is a fantastic village."
The Windsor pair also seemed impressed with the Corsham's Great Western Inn, which was the other Wiltshire pub featured.
Senior researcher Kirstin Cameron at IWC Media, the production company that films the show for Channel 4, said: "They really liked it. They thought it was a lovely village and a lovely property."
Producers searched over five counties and 1,000 square miles to find the properties in Corsham and Devizes that fit the criteria that the mother and daughter team were looking for.
