A LANDLORD must wait a further month to hear whether his licence will be revoked.
After a two-day hearing, which began on Tuesday, magistrates in Chippenham have deferred a decision about Westbury's Ludlow Arms landlord Paul Morris until next month.
An evidence file detailing a drugs raid in May, fights in the pub and a log of incidents over the past year was handed to magistrates by police.
But Kerry Barker, representing Mr Morris, said they had no evidence to back up their accusations.
Mr Morris is appealing against West Wiltshire District Council's decision not to renew a late licence, which allows him to stay open until 2am on Friday and Saturdays.
The decision is due on March 17.
