New College face one of their toughest games of the season when they visit Bromham in the Wiltshire League, writes RAY BURROUGHS.

The Swindon side need to pick up all three points to keep in the Premier Division title race.

The home outfit have become a difficult side to beat over the last couple of months and with a mixture of youth and experience have been steadily climbing the table.

At Stratton in their last game they introduced 16-year-old Tom Slater and the youngster scored all three goals in his side's victory.

College boss Pete Horwat agreed that his side had received a setback in recent weeks but added: "Although the results didn't go for us the lads played quite well.

"It's not going to be easy at Bromham but we will be up for it and hopefully we can come away with a win and get another good run going."

AFC Stratton who are going through a lean spell visit second in the table Bradford Town and will need to get back to their best form to have a chance of getting a result.

Bradford's twin strikers Robbie Simmons and Steve Roddy had a rare off day in front of goal and it was left to central defender Mike Little to score a hat-trick and salvage a point at Warminster last weekend.

Malmesbury Vics take on leaders Corsham Town and could struggle while Marlborough Town entertain Westbury United.

Junior Division One leaders Down Ampney visit Ferndale Rodbourne and could be up against it if the home side show the form they did last week in beating Cricklade Reserves 4-1.

Westside, third in the table, are at home to Stratton Rovers. Both sides have been going well and it could be a close call.

Castle Combe attempt to extend their unbeaten record to 17 games in Junior Division Two when they visit AFC Rodbourne.

Leaders Abbey Rodbourne are at home to Bromham Reserves and should add another three points to their impressive tally.
