Cadets from the Air Training Corps 2491 (Lyneham) Squadron took part in a high profile display in Wootton Bassett town centre on Saturday.
The exercise was aimed at recruiting more cadets to the squadron.
Tom Reynolds, 14, who joined only six months ago, was very enthusiastic. "It's good fun!" he said. Matthews Gibbs, 15, who manned the aircraft exhibit, said: "I've been in the ATC for a year, and I've had a fun time, with shooting, flying and learning about work on aircraft."
Commanding Officer for 2491 Sqn, Mike Hall, and George Richardson, a civilian instructor with the squadron, were available all morning to answer questions.
