A PENHILL man will be sentenced next month for possessing two samurai swords in a public place.
Jamie-Paul Withers, 23, of Grafton Road, appeared before Swindon magistrates yesterday. At a previous hearing he pleaded guilty to the offence, which happened on Christmas Day in Cricklade Street.
Withers was told more paperwork was needed before he could be sentenced.
He was granted unconditional bail and ordered to return on March 23.
