GAZETTE & HERALD: Police are working with residents to tackle vandalism and anti-social behaviour in the Woodlands Road and Downing Street area of Chippenham.
Woodlands Stores proprietor Phyllis Knaggs said residents had complained of attacks on cars and property over the last few weeks.
"Lots of work has gone in to tackle anti-social behaviour on the Redlands estate but the young people have simply moved on they've come to Woodlands Road."
She said cars had been scratched, syringes had been found, and gangs of youths were gathering in the street.
"There have been break-ins at two houses in Downing Street and vandalism," she said.
Sgt Mark Gale, from Chippenham Police Station, said: "The vehicles were damaged a few weeks ago. It was an isolated spate on one evening."
