A NOISY neighbour has appeared before Swindon magistrates after threatening another resident in his block of flats.
Frank Masheu, 33, of Mall Street pleaded guilty to breaching the peace on February 12.
Masheu admitted threatening his neighbour after he complained of noise shortly before 4am.
Lee Mott, mitigating, said: "This was an isolated incident.
"There has never been arguments between the pair before.
"It came to a head that night but there was no malice.
"Rather poetically my client says that he has not taken this into his heart."
Magistrates bound him over for six calendar months.
