WORK has started on converting the former Victoria Bookshop in Wood Street, Old Town, into offices for Dreweatt Neate.
The property consultants, which has an office next door for the estate agency, lettings and new homes business in Swindon, has employed Bluestone construction for a 16-week refurbishment. The work will involve knocking down the interior dividing wall.
Dreweatt Neate's David Stubbs said: "The changes will allow us to offer a better service and give us more window display space.
"We aim to keep disruption to a minimum and hope our clients will bear with us during this work. The result will be well worth it and ready by July."
