A PINEHURST man was sentenced to a two-year community rehabilitation order after he admitted burning his partner's photos.
Sean O'Donaghue, 32, of Poplar Avenue, was arrested for arson after setting fire to Anne Leach's private photos and her children's school reports on December 23.
Paul Ricketts, prosecuting, told magistrates that O'Donaghue regretted the act, and was drunk.
He was ordered to pay £55 court costs, and to go on a domestic violence programme.
O'Donaghue was not ordered to pay compensation as he is still in a relationship with the victim.
