The night, which will see top local talent strutting their stuff in aid of Prospect Hospice, will be in the Winners Lounge at the stadium.
The event will have something for all ages with bands playing rock and pop from the 1950s to the present day.
Acts include Penfold, Locomotion, town rockers Pete Townsend and the All Stars, and Bristol solo vocalist Gina.
TV's Stars In Their Eyes contestant Carl Sharp will also be making an appearance as Bryan Adams.
Labourer Carl, 23, of Liden, appeared on the ITV show in January. He was beaten by a Justin Hawkins from the Darkness sound-a-like.
There will also be a light and sound spectacular from Tony Williamson and the Party People Roadshow and a grand raffle.
Vegetarian Indian snacks will be available, as well as hot dogs and burgers.
Tickets are still available from the Tourist Information office in Regent Street, Prospect Hospice charity shops in Swindon, Wroughton and Wootton Bassett, and the Wroughton-based hospice on 01793 815142, the County Ground, the Arts Centre on Devizes Road and the Adver in Victoria Road, Old Town.
The show is 8pm until 11.30pm. Tickets cost £6.50 in advance or £7.50 on the door.
