GAZETTE & HERALD: A LONG-established Calne engineering company is investing in the future with a new name and a move to new premises.
Family firm Zebedee and Powney has traded in the town for 50 years, specialising in engine remanufacture and machining to the motor trade and has a long standing customer base in the Wiltshire area.
The company has changed its name to Zebedee Engineering Ltd and has moved from Oxford Road to a unit on the Redman Business Centre on Beversbrook Industrial Estate in Calne.
The unit is one of six on the business centre, five of which are new and one is a refurbishment.
Graham Zebedee, managing director, said: "We are delighted with our new larger premises.
"We will be able to hold increased stock levels of engine spares and servicing items such as gaskets, filters and oils for retail and trade."
