BARGAIN hunters will be flocking to a car boot sale in aid of Highworth pool. The sale is being held at the Rec between 1.30pm and 4.30pm on Sunday.
Work on a retractable roof is scheduled to start soon, but the pool looks likely to shut this summer for repairs to the basin.
About £450,000 has been raised to install the roof, which should ensure the pool's survival by allowing year-round swimming.
