FOUR art schemes have secured funding of £36,000 for the next financial year. West Wiltshire District Council cabinet has agreed to continue to support the Arc Theatre, in Trowbridge and Wiltshire Music Centre in Bradford on Avon.
Funding will also go to the Wiltshire Youth Arts Partnership and Rural Arts Wiltshire.
The Arc will be given £11,000, the music centre £13,000, with the arts partnership to receive £6,500 and Rural Arts Wiltshire £5,500.
It was also agreed to match these levels of funding, plus inflation, for the next three years.
Ernie Clark, council leisure, community issues and rural affairs portfolio holder, said: "These four schemes form the cornerstone of arts provision in west Wiltshire, which is why we sought this commitment to three years of funding.
"We have also been able to fund a number of other projects for the coming year."
