Devizes protected their seven month unbeaten record in two physical and competitive matches against Trowbridge on Sunday.
It was the second half before Trowbridge converted a period of heavy pressure to break through the fierce Devizes defence but the visitors showed great character and came straight back from the restart, aggressive running and good passing leaving just enough space for Tom Jaggs to drive over from five metres.
Game two was another draw, this time 15-15 as the seven squad players who did not play in the first game all started in the second.
Trowbridge showed their strength in the first half and scored three unanswered running tries but in the second half Devizes showed stronger tackling and running, with Edward Bull and Sean Hale leading the way.
Alistair Broughton came on at scrum half and scored three unanswered tries to tie up the contest.
