AN industrial estate in Stratton is fulfilling its promise of success with only three units out of the original 21 available.
Construction of the Equity Trade Centre in Hobley Drive began just over a year ago and now just three units remain without lease.
The latest tenant to snap up the one of the sought-after trade counter units which front Hobley Drive and Swindon Road is Tile Rack, which has taken Unit T10, 3,358sq ft through King Sturge at the quoting rent of ten pounds a square foot for a term of ten years.
The estate has already attracted several other major occupiers such as Mr Clutch, with another national operator due to complete soon.
Dominic Brown, of King Sturge, said: "The success of the nearby trade centre convinced us ETC could have the same fortune.
"We advised Equity Estates to pursue this type of mixed industrial and trade counter development, which has proven to be right."
