76906-443WHILE Charles and Camilla were saying their vows, a Swindon couple were doing the same.
Kate Ireson, 25, became Mrs Liffen on Saturday when she tied the knot with 30-year-old Darren.
The wedding took place at St Phillip's Church, in Upper Stratton, on the same day the Prince of Wales got married.
Although the couple, of Upper Stratton, are not fans of the royals they wished them well for their special day.
Darren, a manager for TDG Logistics and Kate, a carer for the elderly, had a traditional ceremony.
Kate wore an ivory gown with a train and a hand-made tiara while bridesmaids, Katie Smith, 25, Eve Johnson, 25, Joanne Oxley, 19, and Ellen Cooper, 12, wore red dresses.
The couple's four-year-old son, Cameron, walked Kate up the aisle to make sure he was included in the proceedings.
After the church ceremony, which was attended by 60 guests, the couple celebrated with more than 100 friends and family at a party at King Edward's House, in Wanborough.
They spent the night at King Edward's House before the family jetted off to Florida yesterday.
