PREPARATIONS are now underway for this year's Cotswold Show and Country Fair.
The event, at Cirencester Park will be held on Saturday, July 9 and Sunday, July 10 and organisers say that this year's show is set to be bigger and better than ever with events and attractions to suit the whole family.
It is the show's 16th year and it promises a wealth of new attractions including camel racing, Roman chariot racing, the Moonrakers Parachute Display Team, wolves, a Welsh pony and cob show, helicopter rides over the Cotswold countryside and even a 60th anniversary commemoration of VE-Day and VJ-Day.
Favourite attractions and events will also be returning, including the popular and food village, the dog agility course, the Suzuki off-road driving experience, rare breed animals and birds of prey.
For those not quite so adventurous there will also be a Food hall and a huge variety of shopping stalls to visit.
Ticket prices start at £8 for adults, with a family ticket for four at £18.
