MEN are being encouraged to attend a free support service at the Health Hydro in Milton Road.
The Man at Well Woman Centre offers up to six one-hour sessions with a volunteer support worker.
The support worker will listen to the clients' concerns about non-medical issues.
The centre also has a library with information on health topics.
