IT is nice to see the traffic flowing 'very slowly' with the new alterations at Curzon Street and Wood Street in Calne.
It is good for me, being a retailer, as motorists can now linger at our shop fronts whilst stuck in the newly created queues. It is pleasant for me with the increased business but so frustrating for the motorist. Some days the cars are backed right past the the petrol station in Oxford Road. I do think that the so called road planners have made a real problem here.
Just wait till summer, with all that pollution!
