A LUXURIOUS new nail and beauty salon will open at the end of the month.

Sarah-Jane Warn, 32, of Shurnhold, Melksham, has dreamed of opening her own salon since her school days.

In three weeks her dream will come true when Indulgence Beauty and Nails opens in Pickwick Road, Corsham. She said: "It's very exciting but also quite scary. I have been running my own business from home for a year. I'm hoping to move my clients with me."

She will offer a wide variety of treatments, including facials and body treatments.

St Tropez air tanning, body massage, waxing, eye treatments, nail enhancements, pedicures and anti-ageing manicures will all be on offer.

Mrs Warn, who lives with her husband and two-year-old daughter, has been in the hospitality industry for most of her working life, managing pubs and hotels.

"It's something I have always dreamed about doing. I would have loved to do it when I left school but I'm not sure my parents would have approved. Now it's the second largest growing industry in the country so the timing is right. I've got a real passion for it."

She expects to have male and female clients of all ages and is aiming for a luxurious, high quality environment.

She said: "They can expect a lot of pampering and will be made to feel extra special."

They are moving into a Grade II listed building, which used to be Halifax Building Society. The salon will open late on Wednesdays and Thursdays and also on Saturdays.
