CHIPPENHAM NEWS: PRINCESS Anne will give her royal approval to a new global business headquarters opening in Chippenham.
The Princess Royal will unveil the new head office for Wincanton Plc road hauliers on June 9, Buckingham Palace revealed yesterday.
The road haulage giants have moved their worldwide headquarters from Trowbridge and Wincanton to a new site at Methuen Park.
Wincanton employs 250,000 employees in 15 countries.
The new 50,000 sq ft head office will employ over 300 workers
A Buckingham Palace spokesman said they do not comment before royal visits.
No one from Wincanton was available for comment at the time of going to press.
