A BID to turn a sports centre field into an industrial park has been met with objections.
West Wiltshire District Council has applied to change the use of Christie Miller sports ground, in Bowerhill, to allow warehouses, light industrial premises and offices to be built.
Melksham Without parish councillors said they want alternative recreational land to be found before the change of use is granted.
The application is due to be debated by West Wiltshire District Council's planning committee on Thursday.
