MCARTHURGLEN, which runs the designer outlet village in Swindon, has appointed two new staff with a fashion pedigree.
National leasing director Mark Burlton joins the company from Ralph Lauren, where he was senior real estate director.
He will manage the company's retail space and bring leading brands to the centre in Swindon.
Over the past eight years McArthurGlen Swindon has welcomed top names including Ted Baker, Austin Reed and Calvin Klein.
McArthurGlen has also appointed a new marketing boss.
Laura Wenke joins the company in a newly created chief marketing officer role, to oversee the sales strategies, marketing, communications and branding for McArthurGlen Swindon and the company's 12 other centres in the UK and continental Europe.
She has held previous marketing positions at Saks Fifth Avenue and Escada.
