A FASHION designer from Warminster has been selected to present her work at a prestigious London fashion show.
Denise Bird, 28, of Portway Lane, Warminster, hopes to travel to the New Designers fashion show in London.
The Crafts Council of England selected her work, which includes ponchos, scarves and cushion covers to feature in the influential show.
Her work is a collection of designer eco and eco-therapeutic hand woven textile fashion and furnishing garments.
Miss Bird said: "It is a really great opportunity so I just hope I can go. All the buyers from the major fashion labels will be there so it could be a real boost to my career. I'm just hoping I can raise the money to go."
