BATH prop David Barnes is out of the Powergen Cup Final after injuring his calf in the league win over Northampton last weekend.
Barnes, who has been in superb form this season, will be replaced by England front row man David Flatman for the clash against Leeds Tykes.
Head coach John Connolly also has concerns over lock Steve Borthwick, but new British Lions Matt Stevens and Danny Grewcock will be available.
Full-back Matt Perry, the longest serving member of the squad, is also fit after missing last week's match.
Meanwhile, double Welsh Cup winner Jonathan Humphreys is hoping to finally lift some silverware in England.
The Bath skipper tasted defeat in last year's Premiership Final against Wasps and wants to reward the fans, some 30,000 of whom are expected to descend on Twickenham.
"This final means an awful lot to us," said Humphreys. "Finals are what every player lives for and we all want to win some silverware this season."
"To lead the Premiership from start to finish (last season) and then lose by four points was tough to take, but it has made us a stronger team. We know a final means nothing unless you win.
"We are well aware of the tradition of the team of the past, but we have said that we want to make our own history.''
Leeds will pick from a near full-strength squad minus Chris Murphy (knee), Duncan Hodge (foot) and David Doherty, currently with England Under-19s in South Africa.
