THE railways consultancy division of Scott Wilson has opened a new larger office in Swindon.
It held a reception for clients at the Newbridge Square office, now home to more than 200 rail workers in Swindon.
Operations director Richard Jones said: "The evening reception was an excellent opportunity to network with clients and key contacts within the local business community."
There are about 400 staff with Scott Wilson around the UK, with other offices in Birmingham, Crewe, Glasgow and York.
At the moment the Swindon office is dealing with design commissions for the West Coast modernisation project and the Cross Rail scheme in London. It is also designing aspects of upgrades to the Athens metro.
