I REFER to the case of Mr J Telford of Cross Country Coaches.
After reading the report (EA April 13) I despair at the findings of the court. £350 court costs, 60 hours community service and £25 compensation is ridiculous and Mr Telford has my complete respect and sympathy.
Why did not the prosecution and magistrates seek to impose an ASBO on the teenager for his continual disruptive behaviour?
