WESTBURY town clerk Les Fry has hit out at dog owners who allow their pets to foul pavements.
Mr Fry is becoming so frustrated at mounting volumes of canine mess in Westbury that he has issued a plea to the public. The town council provides, free of charge, poop bags, which are available both at the Laverton and the Tourist Information Centre, he said.
