DEVELOPER John McGuire has been told to go back to the drawing board for a second time by Westbury Town Council.
Mr McGuire wants to build two flats with parking for four cars on land next to 14 Ash Grove, Westbury.
On Monday councillors objected to his application, which is a revised version of a plan that received short shrift in December. If the application is not withdrawn, it will be debated by West Wiltshire District Council's planning committee.
