AFTER 32 years working at the same office in Corsham, solicitor Nick Davis is moving.
Mr Davis, senior partner at Wiltshire law firm Goughs, is to move to Devizes to take over as partner in charge of the office from colleague Nick Beach, who has retired after 28 years.
Mr Beach's work in family and children matters will be taken on by Rita Gupta.
As head of the firm's commercial department, Mr Davis and his colleagues will form the nucleus of the team to provide a stronger extended commercial offering in the north and west Wiltshire areas.
Mr Davis, 57, has built up something of a reputation as an athlete among his colleagues, notably cycling 900 miles from Lands End to John O' Groats in 11 days last year to raise more than £1,600 for research into Multiple Sclerosis.
