TROWBRIDGE LEAGUE: LAVINGTON denied a mid-week battle with rivals Rudloe Reserves, hit basement side The Stiffs for six in Division Three.
Andy Beaven Witts and Lee Corbin delivered doubles with one from Sean Warren.
Another prolific scorer Jamie Mullings hammered four as Rowde Sports bounced back with a 7-3 verdict at Hilperton United Reserves.
The goals came from Matt Gurke, Lee Ridout and Steve Grieve, who responded to further Rowde efforts from Jon Knight and a Richard Hayter double.
Rowde had received a shock 6-3 midweek beating at Castle Combe A for whom former Chippenham and Melksham defender Steve Cripps was one of six home scorers.
Trowbridge Wanderers beat Calne Eagles 2-1 in midweek and went on to beat Castle Combe 3-0. Combe conceded their 100th goal of the campaign.
Chippenham, who had been held by Hilperton in midweek, failed to prevent Eagles from recording a third double despite Chippenham manager Steve Manifold scoring his first goal for more than a decade.
A Dan Thompson penalty and Shaun Jefferies goal gave the Eagles a 2-1 victory.
Westbury, who added to Steeple Ashton's relegation woes with a 4-1 win in midweek, claimed another success at Castle Combe Reserves, for whom Simon Smith replied to goals from Matt Fry, Barber and Matt Smith.
In the only Division One game played last week, an early John Hubbard second half strike proved decisive for champions Broughton Gifford beating Trowbridge United 1-0.
