WOOTTON Bassett are into the final of the Dorset & Wilts Colts Cup after a 38-3 dismissal of Chippenham.
Bassett take on Sherborne at Swanage & Wareham on Sunday, after clinically disposing of their Wiltshire rivals.
Centre Ben Lyon broke three tackles for the opening try and, although Chippenham responded with a Chris Brown penalty, Lyon crossed again and Daniel David converted.
Captain Jon Aston bagged the third in the second half and second row Sean Warren followed him across.
Scrum-half Owen Vale's late score and David's extras continued the scoring, England U18 representative Karl Brant adding the final try.
n SWINDON U10s are April Hayle Mini Rugby Festival champions for the second year running.
They had a 100 per cent success rate throughout the St Ives event and did not concede a single try.
Opening day successes over Redruth (1-0), Frome (6-0), Merthyr Tydfil (4-0), Portsmouth (2-0), and Bristol Saracens (5-0) took them into the semi finals, where two Sam Williams tries were enough to edge past Bristol Saracens. The final, against Cornish side Redruth, was even closer, finishing 0-0, but Swindon declared winners by virtue of tries scored throughout the event.
n SWINDON U14s claimed one win from their tour of Dorset. The trip started badly as Ivel Barbarians won 64-12, despite tries from Nick Cozens and Ben Loosmore, who added a conversion.
Day two saw them play two matches and they won the second, 17-12 against Sherborne with Loosmore twice and Sam Theobald crossing the line. But a 46-7 defeat followed against Bridport, despite a Cozens try and Lossmore conversion.

n SWINDON U8s were unbeaten on their trip to Oxford Harlequins.
Joshua Lee and Thomas Bain both scored two tries each, Ieuan Whelan the other in a 5-5 draw against Wheatley. They beat the hosts 4-2, Lee with a hat-trick and Whelan crossing.
The U7s managed two draws, the first against the Oxford side's A team.
James Easton Jake Cox and Thomas Renwick scored in a 3-3 tie. The same trio scored again in the 6-5 loss to Wheatley, Renwick crossing twice and Tommy Farnsworth touching down. A 4-4 draw against Oxford's B team ended their day, with tries from James Easton and Jake Cox.
