ABOUT 140 members of staff from south west property consultants Alder King met at the Swindon De Vere Hotel for this year's staff conference.
Called Raising the Game, themes such as attitude, communication and client care were explained by specialists Blue Beetle and motivational speaker Richard Denny, pictured, with an overview of the practice's vision given by senior partner John Benson.
Alder King has a branch in Old Town, Swindon.
Mr Benson said: "Alder King has experienced consistent growth over the past 10 years but we are continuing to look for ways to improve and add services to satisfy our clients' needs.
"Key to our success is the quality and motivation of our staff and the genuine team spirit that exists within our business.
"Our 2005 conference proved once again an enjoyable and motivational experience with fantastic contributions by Richard Denny and Blue Beetle."
