Wiltshire have announced their team for the forthcoming C & G Trophy match
against Kent at South Wilts CC, Salisbury on Tuesday, May 3.
Captained by Russell Rowe, they include as their overseas player the Australia and Western Australia opening bat Chris Rogers.
Rogers will be playing for South Wilts CC this season and has scored more than 3000 runs in first class cricket in Australia at an average of over 40.
In 2004 he played part of that season for Derbyshire averaging 55.
Also included are the new signing James Golding who is a former Kent player and James Hibberd who played for Kent 2nd XI in 2003.
Kent's likely team includes England Test players Robert Key, Geraint Jones and Martin Saggers and South African Test player Martin Van Jaarsfeld.

Wiltshire play a warm up friendly match against Berkshire for the
Marlborough Cup at Thatcham C C on Sunday.
The team is as for the C & G match with Toby Sharpe (Corsham) and Jamie Rendall (Frocester) replacing Richard Bates and Chris Rogers.
