BRADON Forest School were beaten 2-1 in the semi-final of the Coca-Cola South Western Schools Cup by Easthampstead Park School (Bracknell).
The English Schools Cup is the largest schools' football tournament in Europe and one of the most challenging to win.
With more than 40,000 players at under-13 level and 2,600 school teams taking part, boys and girls all over England have been playing in the competition since October.
The South Western Schools Cup (boys) has been contested between the best 16 school sides from the region since February.
In the final, Easthampstead Park meet Torquay Boys' Grammar School.
