A DEVIZES couple who failed in their attempt to buy their dream home in France are moving to a new property in Wiltshire.
Sophie Jackson and Walid Abdel Azim were featured on the Channel 4 programme Relocation Relocation last Wednesday.
The couple, who live at Drews Park Village, wanted to buy a property in France and a crash pad near to Heathrow Airport in London where they both work for an airline.
After deciding their initial choice of a 17th century tower was too ambitious a project they settled on another property, but pulled the plug, losing their £5,000 deposit, after finding it would cost more than expected to renovate it.
This week Ms Jackson and her partner did not wish to comment on their experience on the programme. But she did say the couple were preparing to move to another property in Wiltshire after agreeing the sale of their Devizes home during the filming of the programme.
