POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a cash box, containing money and cheques, was stolen from the Venus Beauty Salon, in Newport Street, Old Town.
Two people are believed to have taken the box at 4.30pm last Thursday.
The first suspect is a man described as about 18-years-old with tanned skin, 5ft 5in tall, with dark hair. He was of slim build and wearing a blue jumper and blue jeans.
The second suspect is a female aged about 18. She was 5ft 5in tall, slim build with bleached blond hair in a ponytail and wearing a black short leather jacket, black trousers and carrying a large black shoulder bag.
